Our Story in the Community
At Klais Coffee Shop & Bistro, we’re more than just a place to enjoy great coffee and tasty food — we’re part of the heart of Little Sutton. From the moment we opened, we’ve welcomed neighbours, families, and friends through our doors, celebrating everyday catch-ups and special occasions alike. Being family-run means community isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we live. Whether it’s supporting local suppliers, taking part in village events, or hosting gatherings that bring people together, we’re proud to play a role in enriching the local area we call home.
We love seeing familiar faces and new ones too, and we’re always looking for ways to give back. You’ll often find us involved in community fundraisers, supporting nearby schools and clubs, and cheering on Little Sutton’s amazing local spirit.

From fresh ingredients to sweet treats, we love partnering with nearby bakers, makers, and producers to bring the very best of our area straight to your table. By collaborating with other small businesses and showcasing local talent, including artists and creatives, we help shine a light on the incredible skill and passion within our community.
We’re also passionate about giving back wherever we can. Whether it’s donating vouchers for raffles, supporting school events, partnering with charities, or hosting fundraising coffee mornings, we’re always looking for ways to make a positive impact. I've eaten here on 6 occasions now. The food has always been high quality so 5 stars awarded for food. Hot and soft drinks are really good. The cocktails have definitely gotten better with staff training, they are now excellent and worth the money.
The owner Charlotte, takes customer service very serious and takes feedback very seriously and I've seen a massive improvement. I can whole heartedly give this place a solid 5 stars all round.

I’ve been coming into Klais since they opened in Little Sutton but after today’s beautiful breakfast with Santa felt compelled to leave a review. This place is gorgeous and the owners make so much effort not just at Christmas but the whole year round. I love seeing them go from strength to strength and growing in success, food is incredible and the hospitality is wonderful.

Absolutely outstanding! Acai bowl is something else. My partner got pancakes and he said they are the best he's ever had. Iced coffees with vanilla and caramel are the nicest ive ever had. Fantastic venue, great service and unbelievable food and drinks. 6 stars if thats possible! Thank you xxx
